The Chosen Nest
Honoring the transition. Oh my. What a beautiful way to describe the space that surrounds your birth experience: a safe place, one of refuge, a sanctuary for one of the most profound moments you will ever experience. As a postpartum doula, it is my hope that every birthing family can connect these feelings to their fourth trimester, the space and time that follows birth.
